Birecik was born in 1965. He studied primary school Ilgar (Muğribi) Village. He graduated from the Geology Engineering Department of the Engineering Faculty of Istanbul University in 1994. He has been a member of Birecik Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 2004. He was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Birecik Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 69.Genel Assembly of Turkey Chambers and Stock Exchanges Association of Elected Social Policy Committee.
He is married and has one child.
